VENDOR RULES AND TERMS:

 

“Exhibitors (aka vendors/dealers/space-holders) agree to arrive at least one hour before event opening for set up; show management reserves to the right to refuse and resell space if exhibitor is late.

 

No sales of weapons, drug paraphernalia, pornography, bootleg DVD’s / CD’s.

 

This is a family-oriented event, and we ask dealers to please be mindful of the contents they are displaying. Show management reserves the right to require any exhibitor to remove an exhibit or any part of an exhibit which, in the sole judgment of the show management, is misleading or deceptive, illegal, in poor taste, or unsuitable to or not in keeping with the rules, character and objectives of the event, or to ask any exhibitor to leave the show. Show management also reserves the right to refuse space to any organization, individual, company, etc. that it deems inappropriate.

 

With the exception of flea market, sponsorship and artist spaces, exhibitors certify that they hold a valid California seller’s permit. If you do not have one or wish to obtain a free California Resale certificate, you may contact the Ca Board of Equalization at  1-800-400-7115 or on the internet at www.boe.ca.gov.

 

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own credit card processing or other legal method of collecting payment.

 

Tablecloths which overhang tables must be flameproof by law. No shelves or displays taller than 72” allowed.

 

Sub-letting or sharing of Exhibit space is NOT allowed without the prior permission by the show management. 

 

Exhibitor assumes the risk of any loss or damage to its property or to any person in or about the table space in its employ or at its authorization or invitation.  Show management (ToyFusion / Toy Worth / Andrew Leung / Sac Geeks / Stephanie Rector / City of West Sacramento Parks & Recreation or any of its agents or employees) shall not be responsible for any such loss. Exhibitors agrees to indemnity and hold harmless show management (ToyFusion / Toy Worth / Andrew Leung / Sac Geeks / Stephanie Rector / City of West Sacramento Parks & Recreation) for any losses, injuries, lawsuits or other claims arising out of or connected with its use of table space, any exhibit at such space, or any sale of services or merchandise at the show. The exhibitor is responsible for any and all damages to the Galleria due to carelessness, poor setup or damage inflicted by an item in the exhibitor’s table/booth.”
